Side note: Kevin my husband said I didn’t have to lose 50lbs, but 20 would be great! :o )   MEN!

Week Three:  September 8th, 2009

Weight: Same 174

Measurements: Bust 42, Waist 37, Hips 42

Attitude: Excellent

Week Four, September 14th, 2009

Weight 173

Measurements: Bust 42, Waist 37, Hips 42

Attitude:  Very determined.  Discipline is:  “Doing what you know you should do, when you know you should do it! Even if you don’t want to!”
